The SOS Team provides janitorial services, grounds maintenance, facility support, virtual assistant services, and government contracting support as outlined in proposals, contracts, or bids. All services follow project requirements and applicable laws.

2. Estimates and Proposals

  • Estimates are based on available information at the time of request and may change.

  • Final pricing will be listed in written agreements, contracts, or purchase orders.

  • Acceptance of a proposal or quote confirms agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Payments

  • Payment terms and schedules will be listed in each contract or invoice.

  • Late payments may lead to additional charges, interest, or paused services.

  • For projects requiring deposits, work begins once the deposit is received.

  • All payments are non refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project details, site access, and any required permits or approvals.

  • Keep the work area safe, secure, and free of hazards.

  • Respond in a timely manner to communication and requests that affect project progress.

5. Scheduling and Access

  • The client must provide reasonable access to facilities and work areas.

  • Missed or restricted access that delays work may still be billable.

  • Emergency or rush requests may include additional fees.

6. Subcontractors

  • The SOS Team may use approved subcontractors when appropriate.

  • All subcontractors follow company standards for professionalism, confidentiality, and safety.

7. Quality of Service

  • Any issues with completed work must be reported within 48 hours so corrections can be made.

  • The SOS Team is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate information or unsafe environments.

8. Liability

  • The SOS Team carries required insurance for services performed.

  • The company is not responsible for damages caused by pre existing conditions, client provided equipment, or third party interference.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Confidentiality

  • All client information, documents, communication, and project details are confidential.

  • Government contracting projects follow additional confidentiality and compliance rules.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All training materials, SOPs, templates, and internal processes belong to The SOS Team.

  • Clients may not share, resell, or redistribute these materials.

11. Website Use

  • Website content may not be copied or used without written permission.

  • Content is subject to updates and is provided for informational purposes.

  • Unauthorized access or misuse of the website is prohibited.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law unless a government contract requires another jurisdiction.
